RECIPE: Lemon Electrolyte Water

To Compliment Your Detox, Here's A Great Electrolyte Water Recipe - Awesome To Sip On To Help You Hydrate More Efficiently Anytime.

Electrolyte Water

Servings: 1L

Ingredients:

  • 1 L of water
  • pinch of baking soda
  • juice of 1/2 lemon (fresh or from concentrate)
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar (or to taste).

Directions: Mix all ingredients together and enjoy. Aim for 2L per day!

Tip: If you choose to leave lemon slices in your water because they look nice and you like it, by all means go for it! Just strain them out after a couple of hours, if left too long in the water, the water gets really bitter.
